  • What do I need to do to use AI services on the website?

    You just need to register an account, top up your balance on the website, then select the AI service (image, video, voice, …) → enter the input information as instructed → the system will process and return the result directly to your account.

  • How is the service priced?

    Service prices are publicly displayed on the website for each service. You will clearly see the price before confirming to use it. All transactions will be automatically deducted from your account balance.

  • Can I cancel an order after placing it?

    No. Since AI services are processed automatically as soon as you place the order, the order cannot be canceled and no refund will be issued.

  • What if the returned result is faulty?

    If the result file has a system error, cannot be downloaded, or is corrupted, please contact our support team for assistance. If the error is caused by invalid input (e.g., blurry images, incorrect prompts, or violating data), we are not responsible.

  • Can I request edits to the result?

    Manual edits are not supported. However, you can re-enter a new prompt or different data for the AI system to generate a new result.

  • Are there any content restrictions when using the service?

    Yes. We reject content that violates our policies, such as: - 18+ content, offensive or inappropriate material - Content related to politics, religion, ethnicity, or anti-government activities - Content that attacks or insults individuals or organizations - Content involving gambling, prostitution, drugs, or violence - Any violations will result in account suspension and handling in accordance with the law

  • Will the generated result have a watermark?

    No. The results returned by the system do not contain watermarks, and customers have full rights to download and use them in accordance with the law.

  • Is my uploaded data kept secure?

    Yes. Customer data uploaded is only used for processing within the scope of the service, not shared with third parties, and is periodically deleted according to the privacy policy.

  • If I enter incorrect information (prompt, file, …), can I get a refund?

    No. Since the service is processed automatically, the system will deduct the balance as soon as the product creation begins. You need to carefully check your input before placing the order.

  • Can I try the service for free?

    Depending on the period, Yofatik.ai may provide trial credits or promotional offers for new customers. These programs will be publicly announced on the website.
