6. Refund policy
- All balances, credits, or payments topped up into Yofatik.ai and related applications will not be refunded, unless deemed necessary by Yofatik team.

- AI technology limitations at the time of implementation (e.g., maximum video duration, render quality, voice not 100% natural)
- Third-party storage/file download infrastructure failure
In these cases, Yofatik.ai will notify early and propose solutions.
9. Effectiveness and adjustments
