1. Objective
Yofatik.ai is committed to accompanying customers not only during the use of AI services but also after order completion, ensuring the best experience and long-term satisfaction.
2. Applicable after-sales content
Applies to customers who have completed valid orders on the system. Benefits include:
- Support in reprocessing result files in case the file is corrupted, cannot be downloaded, or damaged due to the system.
- Providing documents/guidelines for using AI services to help customers utilize them more effectively.
- Promotional programs or discounts (if any) will be applied depending on each specific campaign and publicly announced on the website.
3. Application methods
- Support via email support@yofatik.ai, support form on the website, or official hotline.
- After-sales promotions (if any) will be recorded directly in the customer’s account or notified via email.
4. Limitations and exclusions
After-sales support will not apply if:
- Customers intentionally input prohibited data (18+, copyrighted brands, political content, violence…).
- Customers illegally interfere with the system or commit fraud during usage.
- Issues arise due to customers’ own mistakes (deleting files, losing data after downloading).
