- Services are provided automatically: customers top up their account, place service orders, and receive results directly on the website.
4. Information Management
- Customers are responsible for input information (images, text, data…) when using AI services.
- Yofatik.ai is not responsible for undesired results arising from inaccurate input, copyright violations, or illegal content.
- We only use customer data for service processing and do not share it with third parties unless required by law.
5. Suspension of Services
Yofatik.ai reserves the right to suspend or refuse services in the following cases:
- Users provide or create content that violates laws, social morality, or relates to politics, violence, adult content, or copyrighted brands.

6. Rights to Terminate and Modify Services

- Yofatik.ai is not responsible for unauthorized access if customers disclose their information.
8. Service Cancellation
- Because AI services are processed automatically immediately after an order is placed, customers cannot cancel the service or request a refund once processing has begun.
- Yofatik.ai reserves the right to cancel services or lock accounts if customers violate the terms of use or intentionally submit prohibited information.
9. Responsibilities & Commitments
- Yofatik.ai is committed to providing AI services according to the announced features, with transparent pricing and usage procedures.
- Customers are responsible for entering accurate information and complying with content regulations.
- Due to the nature of AI technology, results may vary depending on input data and technological limitations at the time of use. We do not guarantee absolute results.
10. Effectiveness
- These terms of use take effect from the date of publication on the website.
- By accessing and using services at Yofatik.ai, customers agree to all of the above terms.
- All arising disputes shall be resolved under Vietnamese law, with priority given to negotiation and mediation before submission to competent authorities.
