(Meta description: AI Studio is opening a new trend in legal education, policy dissemination, and social awareness through videos, images, and voice.)
In the past, artificial intelligence (AI) was mainly applied in e-commerce, marketing, and finance. Today, it is entering the legal and social communication sectors—where accuracy, transparency, and the ability to spread information widely are key.
According to the Vietnam Digital Transformation Report 2025, more than 68% of government agencies have applied AI in at least one communication or data management activity.
Among them, AI Studio platforms—tools that automatically generate videos, images, and voices—are becoming powerful assistants for legal dissemination, education, and public communication.
“An instructional video on administrative procedures with an AI-generated voice can make it much easier for people to understand than a traditional document,”
— said Mr. Trần Đức H., a legal specialist in Hanoi.
Platforms like AI Studio or free AI video generators allow agencies, organizations, and individuals to create instructional videos, legal infographics, and awareness podcasts within minutes—without needing video editing or voiceover skills.
Practical applications in Vietnam include:
• Courts & People’s Procuracies: using Vietnamese AI voice to produce videos such as “Law and Life” or “Preventing Social Evils,” published on fanpages and YouTube.
• Provincial Departments of Justice: using AI to generate illustrated images explaining administrative processes, helping citizens easily access information.
• Legal newspapers & TV channels: experimenting with AI-generated short news videos (60–90 seconds) summarizing new policies.
According to internal data from the Department of Grassroots Information (Ministry of Information and Communications), AI-generated legal videos achieve 2.5 times higher engagement than traditional written posts on social media.
• Create AI videos, images, and Vietnamese voiceovers in minutes.
• No watermark, easy to use, ideal for media agencies and social organizations.
• Already piloted by several provinces to produce videos on “Basic Legal Knowledge” and “Preventing School Violence.”
Experts predict that by 2027, AI Studio will be deeply integrated into government communication, training, and administrative systems.
Instead of issuing long text documents, agencies will be able to:
• Send short video clips explaining registration, taxation, and insurance procedures via social media.
• Automatically generate daily legal news videos using AI.
• Disseminate new regulations through Vietnamese AI voices or virtual presenters.
AI not only saves time but also brings legal information closer to citizens—especially in remote areas where access remains limited.
“A short legal news video generated by AI can help citizens understand and apply the law faster, contributing to a law-abiding society,”
— said Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lê Thị M., lecturer at the Judicial Academy.
Artificial intelligence is not only transforming how businesses promote themselves but also revolutionizing how laws and policies are communicated.
AI platforms demonstrate strong practical value—helping agencies, organizations, and individuals deliver information faster, more accurately, and more effectively.
